Daily Events are windows of opportunity during which you either gain discounts or bonuses when completing specific tasks or gain access to a mission or mission chain.
Most events are listed in the Mission Journal (opened by pressing J or by clicking on the 'Hail' button, which is located in the bottom left corner of the Mini Map) allowing players to access more detailed information on any event by clicking on the event image.
